2003 Tire recall?

I have been experiencing a "wobble" in my steering wheel at about 35 mph, went to dealer, (svc mgr even road tested it with me!), said I had a bad tire and should go to Goodyear for adjustment and replacement (5,800 miles on car). Went to Goodyear today and guy at counter said there had been a recall on 2003 Goodyear PT tires (they are too small for the wheels, or something like that) and he had been to a seminar in it just this week. I scheduled a time to return to get the work done, whatever that is, but I remain puzzled...anyone know the scoop?

I wrote down the batch/date codes and emailed Goodyear asking if these tires are being recalled/warranted. I have not received a reply yet, do the holiday. I will post their answer when/if I receive it. Here is a link to their contact info; http://www.goodyear.com/email/index.html

Goodyear called me and told me there is no recall on my tires? (Eagle RS-A's 205-50-17)

I contacted a Goodyear Company store just before Thanksgiving. They too said no recall.

That is good that there is not a recall cause mine are wearing like iron with 42 psi in fronts and 38 psi in backs! I rotate them every 6,000 miles! Only two downsides, you feel ever little bump and there is so little grip!! Look like both my brakes and tires are good for at least 40,000 miles!
