Just received the Eibach anti-roll kit this week (www.truckperformance.com) Instructions stated:
"To install this kit on cars without an OE rear bar, order hardware kit 2860.320HKR" Found a place to order one of these kits ($80). . . they said it would take about 2 weeks. I'll let you know if it completely eliminates buying factory parts (as listed above), or what additional parts will still be needed. Also nice to see aftermarket red finish vs the factory rust finish (factory rust in the case of the front bar, and factory stealth invisible paint as used on the rear).

I bought the Mopar Performace sway bar kit and the install package from my local dealer. It only cost me $435.00(CDN) which is about $300.00 (USD)for the whole package delivered right here in the middle of nowhere [
)] (Thunder Bay, Ontario). The front bar looks to be a little thinner than the stock one so I'll probably just have the rear installed. Considering the cost of trying to get aftermarket bars into Canada I think the cost of this setup isn't too bad [B)]. When the GT goes for it's 14,000 km (two more tanks of gas) check up the new bars are going on. I'll leave an opinion piece when the jobs done.[8)] |

Which Mopar Swaybar kit did you order? It's my understanding that Mopar does not sell a rear sway bar set up for the Turbo? Is it the sway bar kit for the non turbo? [:I] Let me know how it goes and if you have any problems, if all goes well I would interested in doing same, thanx [ ]

It's the sway bar kit from the Chrysler Performance Parts Catalogue. It's last years catalogue but the numbers are just fine. The dealer says that the new catalogue isn't out yet and I guess that by the time the 2003 catalogue comes out we'll all be looking for the 2004 one, but that's the way she goes, eh?
