I'm going to put my stock wheels back on, I removed the washer that held the rotor in place. Do I have to put the washers back on before I mount the stock wheels or can I leave it off.

I didn't remove the rotor there was a star washer that held the rotors in place but I had to remove them to put my aftermarket wheels on. If you want to see what I'm talking about, remove one of your wheels (assuming you still have the stock wheel on) and on one of the wheel studs there is a washer.

rice_killing GT, you do not have to put the star washer back on. The star washer was used in assembly to hold the rotor in place for installation of the disc brake caliper.
If you want to re-install the washer it that won't hurt anything either since the stock wheels fit with the washer in place.

haha, No project is properly done without extra parts left over!
![]() So what you are saying is that this washer is akin to the allen wrench included with particle-board furniture..? |
