I have finally decided to put on my wheels off of my old N/A PT. They're 18" with some nice BF Goodrich tires. Anyone else who has done this knows that the GT has a different offset than the N/A. So what kind of spacers did you guys use? The other thing is that my 18's came with hub centering plastic rings, do these have to fit on top of the wheel spacers? Here's a pic of them...

COP TZER, have you tried to put them on yet? Maybe you will not need a spacer.

Yep, i've tried, i need a 5mm spacer in the front to clear the calipers as they are wider than on the N/A. The backs are ok, but i'd rather put all 4 on.

They went on your wife's PT because the caliper is smaller!
Tzer you don't want that ricer look w/ the aftermarket rims only on the back? ![]() AC

my mille miglia had a 35mm offset. b/c the turbo has calipers 5mm wider in front, they wouldn't fit. the wheels center cap is set for the PT, so i got a 3mm universal spacer that fits snugly over the center cap and has lug holes for several vehicles. All you have to do is line them up with your bolt pattern.

ummm...have you actually weighed the stock rims ptcruizin42??? Going up one inch in size is not a "big heavy rim", but the tires will let me hook well out of the hole, because they are actually drag radials (which is the main reason for putting them on). Sorry, maybe i should get some 14" Spoon or Rota racing rims at 6 pounds each...then with the 18's on the rear right 98neon!!?? You know what i'm talking about!!!
