Replace/install both sway bars or just rear?

If you want something that will really last, get one of the caliper paint kits from Eastwood or the like. This stuff is almost as tough as powdercoat. It is a catalized coating that hardens into a smooth thick coat that is very smooth. Almost like putting a hard plastic coat on the part.

We installed a Progress 22mm rear sway bar (with the installation kit from Wyckoff) last week and I'm very pleased with the results.

I was really expecting a turquoise-colored sway bar, since that's what shows up in most Progress sway bar pics, but mine is a dark battleship gray. Looks good on Zippy!

Zippy definitely corners better (as expected), but I also find that the "feel" of the car has become more "sure," even going over speedbumps and normal daily driving (with a few red-light drag races thrown in).

By far, the hardest part of the installation was getting the nut in place for the bolt that holds the bushing bracket and then getting the wrench back out after the bolt/nut is tightened. We had to grind down the sides of a wrench to be able to remove it!
