What adjustment needs to be made if you lower the car with repsect to a roll pan and exhuast. the exhuast has 1/2" clearance now with the roll pan, lowering 1 1/2" will cause the pipes to butt up against the roll pan. ??? [:I]

It shouldn't cause the exhaust is mounted to the underside of the car. It may change the angle of the pipes relative to the ground and bring them a hell of a lot closer.
The pitch of the pipes you can probably adjust. More concerning is clearance of the pipe as it passes over the rear axle and it's relation to the left arm of the Watt's linkage. That you lose a lot of clearance on whenyou drop the car. BEFORE AFTER LOWERING. YOu can see the change in agnle of the pipes.

I see, I wonder if this will present a problem in regard to install? I guess the place I should start would be PT Tuning, since I have the BTG exhaust, and ask how the springs work together with what I have.

Well, Im dropped 3 inches in the rear with a rollpan and the stock exhaust holds up fine...Unless you have to drive 6 New Years partiers over a speed bump, then you scrape the muffler

Saki,
stock system works fine. If you go wider tho, how the pipe clears the rear axle is important. With new springs there is more suspension travel and contact with suspension components is more common. Granted if the car is lowered when you put the exhaust on, you can prolly adjust the pipe around the axle. I had this problem with my Borla on my 01 and with the Bassani on my 03. You'll find peeps with no probs, this is just my experience.
