I need some help here; the majority of PT GTs are autosticks, and as such have been shunned in the ques for a posi differential. I have been told the Phantom unit is not a true posi and would therefor be a bad choice.
Here is the dilema:

Stage 2 or comparative power from other mods = passenger side tire spin, and real problems powering out of corners!

Most of the guys driving autosticks will eventually end up in this position.

Even DC has answered the question of Torque Steer with a stock positrac on the SRT-4 (Road & Track thinks it greatly improves the handling).

Where do we go to satisfy a potential "must have" for the majority of performance drivers?[:I]

She's right, better tires is the easiest thing.

Phantom grip will work, just not as well as a LSD. If you race on a roadcourse, probably not the best bet. However, street cars will notice a big improvement.

I thought that the Phantom unit was for the manual only ?

The unit Phantom Grip has is for the T350 manual trans, but with a little work I bet they could find one that fits in the 41TE automatic.

They might already have one picked out, but I haven't looked.
