Installed the rear swaybar over the weekend...wow!

Chrysler may have stiffened the 'twist beam axle', but I agree with you it's too soft. After installing the factory rear sway bar, my car still rolls, but it's much more controlled (no go kart). Well worth the effort.

TSB 02-004-02 about adding an OEM rear sway bar to an '03 or '04 Cruiser, warns techs it may adversly effect RIDE (not handling). There is going to be more kick when one rear tire hits a bump or hole. I'm willing to live with that. Darrell

Take it from a man that has a big rear bar and stock front bar the ride is just as good if not better than stock. Sure deep cross gutters taken straight on may be a bit rougher but stock it was bad too!! After I put on my struts and shocks I was much softer than stock and much better handler to boot!! Factory BS I think they are mad from all adverse pub they got when they took rear bars off the Cruisers in 03!
