It is supposed to be on there but its not there. You would need to have a build sheet or get an option print out from the dealer. There seems to be no rhyme or reason behind the installation of the soft or firm feel rack so you really need to call the dealer and give them your vin and ask. Alternatively you could buy a build code list online for your vin but it costs about $5.

A member here Rckstein, had bought the $5 online thing which allows you to check 5 different vins, so he used one and offered the remaining 4 to any forum member that requested one. I was one of the 4 so now I know what every option and code my car has.

My fully optioned 03 Dream Cruiser which is basically a GT with some extra options, only has an SBA soft rack. My guess is that since my car is a manual, and it means there will be times when you will be steering with only one hand, as the other will be on the shifter, they went with the easier to turn soft rack instead of the stiffer firm feel rack. That's just a guess though.
