Opps, sorry [)] Well the wifey got in a few runs before the rains came. With tire pressure dropped to 20lbs, there was minimal spin and NO wheel hop. I think wheel hop may be a bigger issue with the 5 speed GT's. In our auto stick the best run she could muster was a 14.90. We gapped the plugs down to .045. It seems OurPTGT does not like the plugs gapped any lower than .050. It would pop/backfire between the [8)] 1st/2nd Auto Stick shift. Next plug change we'll try 1 range colder. Opps, got off topic there [|)]

With the air pressure dropped that low, you are using the stock GT rims and the stock goodyear eagles, no? Or are you running something else?

Actually it was 22.5 lbs not 20, the wifey had to correct me. Yes, stock rims and tires. BTW, the MM inserts have not moved or worked their way out yet [?]

What is the best way you PTer's have found to help or eliminate wheel hop. Is it lowering springs, coil overs, motor mount bushings or inserts? Kind of getting a little annoyed trying to launch and having my front end skip around for me. I am still running the stock tires if that matters.
Absolutely, positively, motor mounts. I use the www.JLMmotorsports.com mounts and have had excellent results.
