Default thanks and some info on Eibachs

First I want to thank all for the info on exhausts. I choose the Mopar 2 1/2 duals based on everyone's comments.

Second / after reading all the posts on springs it seems that the Eibachs are the way to go. I was doing research on the springs when I discover that Eibach has a Pro-Damper Kit ( struts and shocks ) I have not seen any posts on this Kit and I was wondering if any one has install this kit?

njsteve,

I've looked all over the place for the Eibach Pro-damper kit and all the lists of automobiles doesn't include the PT Cruiser. Can I ask where you found a kit for the PT? Maybe I've been looking in the wrong places. [:I]

P.S. I've tried RHAD Performance, Pro Street, Drive Wire, Tirerack and Racerwheel.

Crewzin,
I was checking the Eibach Web site ( www.eiback.com) they listed the Pro-Damper Kit # 2860.840 for the convertible. I check and the same kit is used for PT sedan. The springs for convertible are still under development, maybe two weeks away. That why I wanted to get some feedback on the Damper Kit because I leaning towards changing the springs/struts/shocks all at once. On my 2001 I only change the springs and was not happy with the results but they were not Eibachs.
I found some good prices on line at www.shox.com. Pro-Damper Kit is 299.00 and the springs are 229.00 if you buy them together they discount the price at 285.00 and 209.00 Telephone # 800-684-2890 I spoke with Mark.
Also if you want to some help from Eibach, the techinical help person is Blaine telephone # 951-256-8300 EXT 114 he was very helpful. He told me to call him back next week for an update on the springs for the convertible. I hope this helps.
