Just installed a Drop Zone 2" kit today. I'm not satisfied with the rear height, still too high. Does anyone know where to buy springs in pairs? I think I'll need a set of 2.75-3.25 to get the rear where I want it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Phil |

IM not a big fan of this but you might consider torching one of the links.
The best way to lower a car is to swap the springs, followed by heating them, and my personaly worst is cutting the coils. Lowering springs are usually beefier with a bigger diameter coil so if you heat it, it wont be as bad as heating a stock piece. Also if the Neon springs fit the GT, then you might consider getting coil overs. You will them be able to adjust it how ever you like. ![]() 3" Turbo Back Prototype, Greddy EGT, HKS SSBOV, GReddy-e01 Boost controller, Blitz Turbo Timer. |

i believe Goldline makes a slam kit...F-3.25, R-3.75. I think those are the right numbers. But note that you have to trim the bump stop when istalling them.

GTPT is only trying to lower the rear in excess of 2" so that should not pose any of the potential problems that lowering the front more than 2" would cause.

Just get coil overs then. Problem Solved. Some have 4inch drops adjustable.
But, yeah...camber can be a problem which is worse than a car NOT looking lowered enough in my opinion. |
