Default 2005 ST sway bar install

Still trying to learn so be patient. I have decided on the Suspension Techniques sway bars. I noticed on the older posts that there is a lot of posts on install kits (all related to 2004 and older)and some on energy suspension bushings. Does anyone know what is needed for my 05 vert as far as installing these sway bars?
I wanted to buy all the parts myself and then bring them to the installer. FYI-BTG strut bar, Mopar stage 2 coil over kit already ordered. Rotor, brake upgrade topic to be started in other forum. Thanks again to all of you who are willing to help.

go to the dealer (words you will hardly ever see me type) and by the install kit or one of the online companies. You will need 2 extra 10MM bolts lke the ones already in the kit though.

I would suggest going to Shox.com and talking to them or talk directly to Eibach about what you need for your 05. I like the Eibach kit cause it has firmer bushings than the Chrysler kit. Dont forget to lube them with silicone grease they supply before you install them cause I didnt and they make sqeeks till I did. Just for reference I paid $80 delivered for the Eibach install kit.

There have been a few people having problems with the Eibach end links snapping as of late. It seems the ones that have broken are hollow. I don't know about the newer ones. The Eibach's have firmer bushings, but the Mopar's links are solid and stiffer for the same price.

Thought I would let you all know if your following this thread. I talked to maggie at Race and Street to get my ST sways. She did not have them listed for the 05 vert. turbo. She actually called Suspension Techniques for me and they told her they have not tested/fitted their sways to my vehicle yet. Another disappointment for me on my mod. attempts. But, kudos to Maggie. Would use them again in a heart beat. I will have to wait or go with diff. vendor of bars.

I would double check the size of your verts front bar. I think it is as big as the ST front bar, in which I believe is the largest out there? You may only need a rear bar? The rear eibach bar would probably compliment you stock vert bar well. I would not want to see you purchase a bar set and find you got a smaller or equal size front bar.

Biggest Front Bars I have seen: SUSPENSION TECHNIQUES FROM PERFORMANCECENTER.COM 1 1/16”, 27MM Part #50006 $145.00 STOCK 24MM (25MM Verts). I did not changge out my fronts and love the new feel with big rear bar and only front tower brace to firm front end up!! I think too big on front is as bad as too little or none on rear.
