Hey I have a buddy that makes intakes for vehicles. It's a small start up company so all he has made so far is an intake for the 2.7, 3.5, 5.7, and 6.1 LX/LY vehicles (Charger, 300, Magnum, and Challenger) and is always looking for new vehicles to create them for. The question is how much of an interest would there be in a non big box company intake for the PTs? The non turbos would come first as this is what I can help him with but the turbos I'm sure could come shortly after. This is a great intake I have one on my 3.5L Magnum I'll post up some pics at the end. These would be offered in Black or silver powder coat with a red or blue cone and a red, blue or black coupler. I asked him if he was interested because when helping my dad today I was trying to adjust his intake because it was rubbing on the underside of the hood and the guys that installed it put the filter on the tube to far and it was punctured by the positive jumper post!!!! I personally noticed an increase in off the line power from mine!! Enough to throw you against the seat of my 4500lb Magnum!!!! Here are some pics of mine!! Also not sure of pricing but I'm pretty sure it would be in the $150 to $200 range as mine was $185 shipped!!!

Your in the Vendor part of the forum so your all right to post here. I will say that eBay is full of intakes for the PT already with just a pipe and cone filter at the end for a lot less than $150-200.

I know same for the LX vehicles but I have a buddy who just replaced a Volant intake for his Magnum RT with the Big Bully and he has noticed a HUGE difference from the Volant, the tube on mine is 3.5 inches in diameter.... and the thing sucks air in all intents and proposes of the word!! Now just so yall know I'm not going to get anything if he does produce them I'm just helping him out since I was already a member over here!!

Well, you can only suck in so much air then it goes into the throttle body so opening up the intake to the world isn't going to help the non-turbo PT that much. Just a little bit more than the restrictive OEM filter takes the hesitation out of the take-off time so lots more air isn't going to do a lot.
Anyway, let the consumer (our members) take a look at your pictures and make their mind up for themselves.
