As a long time audiophile for home gear, I am a fan of class-A and tube amps. The low output power and terrible efficiency of true class-A amps lend to a cleaner sound.

I contacted Swiss Audio and found that they do not have any true class-A mobile amps. They have class-D and the standard class-AB.
Although class-AB is acceptable for a mobile environment, I just wanted to clear up any misconceptions about a true class-A amp for mobile use.
