california cruisers???
has anyone else had problems with this company? i ordered my parts on feb 6 and they charged my credit card and i still have not recieved my parts. i have been callin for like 3 days and no answer at the shop just a message. i find that very strange. i have left 2 messages and have recieved no call back. all i want to do now is cancel my order. any help would be appreciated.

There's been lots of conversation about Calif Cruisers, some good some otherwise. They seem to be pretty good with the people that live in that area, a little (lot) lax when it comes to suppling their parts to people on the internet. It's too bad you didn't do a search on this forum for all the talk about them...you might have given it a second thought before ordering. Just keep plugging away at them, your bound to reach someone live on the phone sooner or later. [:I]

The credit card companies handle these kind of things pretty good. I had a complaint against one of my charges, called the credit card company and the put in a three way call so we could all talk it out. Call your credit card company now and explain the situation.

IRPT's link notwithstanding, I wasn't too terribly impressed with California Cruisers when I stopped in just after buying my PT. I've ended up getting basically everything from PT Tuning as it seems these guys have pretty much written the book on customer service. Even though it's only been a couple weeks since you placed your order, I find it totally unacceptable that they won't return your phone calls, supply you with a tracking number, etc. Just bad business practice in my book.

I tried callin all day yesterday and today still no answer and their voicemail was full. so i called my credit card company and told them about the situation. Thanks for all the advice. I let you know if i hear anything.
