Default Thumper Performance

Thumper Performance
Performance Cylinder Head Modifications

Hi.. I am in work, at this time. I will be up and running in no time!! ( I hope)

I am an old gearhead that has been drag racing since the 60's. Retired USN, Married for (ever) 49+ years.. and love to make slow things fast, and faster things faster... all on a budget!!

I primarily do Cylinder Heads.. I believe there is always more power in the cylinder head mods, and I believe in "To application".. not buy a big cylinder head cause it is the biggest, but one that works to YOUR driving and expectations... I custom build to your needs!! More later on this....

Thanks
Thumper

There are a lot of good things with the Chrysler 2.4 engines ( also of course the 2.0) Other than an ECU Tune.. the fastest way to power is thru the 'intake and exhaust ' of the engine air flow. Yep, just another "air pump" !! LOL

And the cylinder Head and cams are the way to make it all happen. We have all heard of guys that went to big cams and big Head and lost the fun to drive on the streets, and yet LOVE the top end performance.
We all know torque and low to mid range power is where it is at for 90% of the applications out there!! LOL why get a Head or cam that works at 4500 up, when you are driving in the 2000-3500 rpm range and some times push it on those long interstate on ramps..?? ( come on we know those ramps are to gather speed...yes?? LOL)

SOOoooo..... try this:

Stage 1 TPRPER Ported Head

Gasket matched Intake and exhaust ports
*(blended into the runners, to insure smooth transition!)
New Valve seals
*5 angle performance valve job
**( with "flow / Back cut" on the valve/ Hand lapped in/pressure tested)
* Balanced and Increased valve spring pressures
**(with increased pressures to insure proper valve operation and valve to seat closing pressures)
Cleaned/ Pressure tested/ surfaced Flat
Bolt on ready!
$899.95 ( using your Head)

And YES!! for a short time FREE SHIIPING TO You in the US

Paypal is OK. Thumper460@hotmail.com

One Intake port semi completed on the right compared to stock ports on the left.

Ported Lower I/M for the 2.4

For just the month of May and June, With the Stage 1 Thumper Performance Ported Head I can offer the NS PT1 cams for $225.00 @ set !! ( exchanged)
podo2000 and Pippov like this.

i do still have a sbf, just got it a couple months ago. BONE STOCK with a small SC, 4.10 and exhaust. car runs great but could really use another 100hp.. ie:heads and intake i'll let you know once i score some decent street heads. these junk E7's aren't worth the shipping cost. i have my eye out for gt40p's, small trickflows, dart pro1's, etc.. got anything lying around collecting rust?

I have a set of bare Flo-Tek 180 cc intake runners. I am going to port and build for a 580" hyd roller cam. They should support 600+ blown HP with ease. they are 1295.00
