Hello all
I'm a newbie member. I just purchased my '04 GT, graphite metallic, heated power seats, 6 disk CD changer - well, you probably know it better than me - on Dec 30. I'd seen the car Christmas night when going to pick up my daughter, it was a Ford dealership's loss leader and had only 60k on it. The paint looks like a new vehicle and the interior is just about perfect. I'd always loved the PT's but never actually thought I'd get one, let alone a bargain like this.
I'm no longer into customizing my vehicle as I once was, but will upgrade the stereo speakers and want to install a genuine 8-ball that I kept from a set of pool balls found in a former apt. Does anyone know how large of a hole to drill in the ball to mount it on the (5 speed) shifter?

welcome to the site and congrat's on the find. i bet she's beautiful. Greetings from San Antonio. Your lucky that she's still young but unfortunately i don't know anything about sticks. I'm sure someone on here does though. Please enjoy the site and try to look up as much stuff as you can. There's A LOT of useful info on this site about pt's.

Welcome to the forums.
Dealer probably had the GT lowballed because it was a manual - but that's good for you - more reliable, better performance, and better mileage....  As to the shift ball - it is just a press-on fit, so pull the existing ball off and use that as a guide for drilling your 8-ball.
