Default New to the forum, hi from AZ!

I've had a PT Cruiser for 10 years now. 2006 non turbo with a 5 speed manual great box. As a daily driver, it's been an outstanding car. When I bought a new car, I even went with Mopar because of the PT. Of course with 140k miles, I'm starting to find new ways to learn about the car. I'm glad to part of the forum.

Greetings! It's hot here in Phoenix! I have the same model as you but the GT.

Thanks everybody! Yeah, no kidding with the heat here. I just recharged the A/C on mine. That made a huge difference. Wish I had a GT though.

I have a GT I'd be willing to part with. It needs a new rack right now and I can't afford it. It also needs cosmetic work. Like a PAINT JOB! Seeing that you're in AZ, I'm sure you see a lot of cars that need paint.

Welcome to the forum. In the northern climes here in Arizona where I live it snows, and my PTs do surprisingly well in the snow. About a week ago I had to be in Phoenix for a couple of days and was quite impressed in how the car (the '02) did in the high heat with the radiator temp (all normal) and the A/C doing a good job on keeping me cool. Good car for both warm and cool climates.
