Default Hi from Pa.

my name is Jim. i bought a patriot blue 02 touring edition back in Jan. to tow behind my motorhome. my wife claimed it as hers and i should go get my own PT. i bought a black 05 GT convertible for my self. only 79,000 miles $800.00 needs a lot of work. the previous owner had no idea how to work on cars and screwed the GT up. 80% of the bolts are missing. he did a timing belt change. to bad for him. at least he got it in time. he knocked off a injector wire and one cly threw a code for open injector circuit . he was tired of sticking money in the car and put it on craigs list. i grabbed it up. plugged the injector wire back on no more misfire code. but i need a lot of bolts. he also stripped the center motor mount bolt that threads into the timing cover. i also forgot he had it towed by a wheel lift wrecker and tore the front bumper clean off. i have almost all the parts to put it back together. the junkyard i`m hitting has 25 PTs to choose from and e-bay.
thanks for the opportunity to join this awesome forum.

i got the turbo PT back together and out of the garage today. still need to put the nose back on but i had to drive it. WOW what pick up after the turbo spools up. i could only drive around the block, transmission shifts perfect. engine runs strong. i cant wait until i get a plate on it. i also have a 84 corvette and i think the PT turbo might give the vette a run. they are equal horse power.
