Default Hello from Pontiac, MI

Just picked up a 2010 PT Cruiser Classic. My main reason for getting the car was because I'm old and have a bad hip. . . and that's a biggie for me. I'm no longer lowering myself into a car or climbing up into a truck.

I'll post some photos of the little blue beast soon.

I find it ironic that the colors red, white, and blue stand for freedom until they are flashing behind you.

Thanks for the welcome guys! You've got some fantastic looking rides, geez!

Took mine for it's first long ride this a.m. and I now understand what you guys like about the cruisers. I really enjoyed myself, though I thought it could use a bit more horsepower. it was not the slow toy I'd been told it would be. Actually, I found to be sneaky fast when above 45mph. (entered a 50 zone from a 35 gave it a little gas and looked down as it was passing 65. . . oops!)

Former Misguided Child myself, just a bit earlier, from 68-78.

Welcome from Shelby Twp. MI. Just down the road. A couple of us eat at
the Rams Horn on Rochester Rd. across from Bordines Nursery. You can`t
miss it. So if you ever get hungry and looking for something different
check it out! its for car guys. I will look for a blue pt.cruiser.

CRUZ, lived in Shelby for years on 25 Mile rd. I know exactly where that Rams Horn is. My best friend, who lived his whole life in Shelby, used to eat at the Big Boy at Rochester rd and 59. Look forward to meeting you some time!

Utica, NY or Utica, MI?

Utica, New York. It's where I grew up, and where many of my family still are.
