p0304 runs rough, what is next?

Pull the fuel rail out, with injectors attached, set it up on top of the valve cover, disconnected the ignition coil, and have someone crank the motor while you watch the injectors spray. Firing order is the same as the spark plugs 1,3,4,2. Any abberation in the spray order or pattern could indicate a wiring fault. It sounds stupid I know, but it'll give you better idea of the fuel delivery.

I've done this before but you can use small plastic water bottles to catch the gas, use a timer and determine the spray volume per minute.
