Default Greetings from Chi-Town

Salutations pals-n-gals,
I joined here two years ago, and now I finally got a PT Vert, who just made her maiden voyage of 500 miles to Kentucky.
I am a little confused, as I got this from a fly-by-night dealership and it was listed as an 05 Touring. It clearly has the GT badge n the trunk, and i've got a DVD Nav radio in the dash. I'm going to need some help getting bits that are missing, and advice on keeping her on the road.

Is there a place specifically in the forum where i can post pics and get advice on getting the work started and source parts?

Thanks all for reading and im lovin the car so far..

You can look under the hood to see if you have a Turbo or not.

Welcome to the forum

For a start so you can see exactly how your PT was equipped when it was built, you can go to this link, enter the VIN and get the Build Sheet for your specific PT:

Thanks for the info...yeah first thing i did was pop the hood and lok for the turbine. Its there, I was just confused when i first drove it...had quite a bit more pep than I was expecting. Now I just need to find the bits i need for the car..
Rear trim where the top meets the trunk, a boot for the top and the sun visor retainer clip and ill be all set.

Welcome from Okieland!

Used car dealers tend to know Little, to ALMOST nothing about the cars they are selling.
This time, it was to your advantage!

Yeah, i dont feel quite as bad about getting shafted on the price and financing on a GT. I knew it was going to happen on whatever I bought, my situation being what it is. But at least I'm happy with the car.
