LAS VAEGAS PT CRUISER MEET & GREET

Hi guys. I'm new to the PT world. My name is Tom and I just got my 2006 Silver Chrysler PT Cruiser This saturday. I us to have a 2008 Dodge Charger R/T, but lost it to the banks. I was part of the Chargerfourms, and we had weekly thursday night meets at In-And-Out on Trop and I-15 at 7pm to about 9pm and some times we meet at the Sonic infront of the Palms Hotel. Even thow I don't have a Charger, I still go to the meets. Hey I still have a MOPAR right. lol But I'm looking for some PT's to come to the meets with me.


So the PT Curiser Meet & Greet will be every thursday at In-And-Out on Trop and I-15. And the time will be at 7pm- till about 9pm.

P.S. I'm also trying to start a Las Vegas PT Cruiser Club.

Also, we will be having the 6th Annual PT River Run. Dates: March 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th 2009 at the Riverside Hotel & Casino in Laughlin NV. We have an annual turnout of upwards of 300 - 350 Cruisers, and is presented in conjunction with the PT Cruisers of Orange County, and myself.

Hey their VampCruiser,

Their used to be another Club called Las Vegas PT Cruisers, who I believe were connected to the PTOC (PT Owners Club) National Organization, but have not heard anything from them since the PTOC broke up, and with their Club Website down, I fear they may have broke the club apart.

So as far as I know, Eights & Aces is now the only Club in Vegas, and also one of the largest with more than 32 Members and counting. They may also know of other Clubs, or Meets in your area to attend, so I highly recommend checking them out, and see whats happening around the local PT Scene.

If you do come across any cool shows, or anything, please let us know!

Yep, you are right sir! I was out scouting out around our new man made lake / water reservoir where I often go to snap off some picks. Their is a bunch of new construction on a Museum, water park, and baseball fields out around the area, and I must have picked up a little dust on the splash guard from wondering around in all the dirt, and left over water from the sprinklers from all the new landscaping. Great eye though! Its not too often when the old Candyman misses a detail! Actually, in addition to missing the splash gaurd, I also should have dressed the inside of the tires as well. I usually do at shows, and so on, and just didn't get er done this time.

The Lake is pretty cool though! It is about 10 minutes from my house, and was built by using part of a small mountain range, and the rest was entirely man made! Here is a pic of my ride at the lake just before they opened it to the public. They are still working on a bunch of stuff to make it into a big civic center for special events, and stuff.

As far as I know, Eights & Aces PT Cruisers meet & greet is Every 2nd Thursday 6 - 9 PM, at IHOP restaurant at 3780 S. Maryland Parkway. That's on the northeast corner of the Maryland Parkway & Katie intersection.

They just had their Club Christmas Party on the 7th in place of their usual meet & Greet, but will start back up in January.

I was actually looking for Q Man on the list, and didn't see his name. I have'nt seen, or heard from him in a while. Hope he is still Cruising along!

Anyways, that's the lowdown on the Meet & Greet. They should be able to gett you all hooked up into the PT scene in no time! Hope to maybe see you at the River!

Ya so theres no meet this thursday? That sucks. Well I will try to do the river run. But I may be moving to Fort Lauderdale, Florida soon. Is there a good PT group there?
