noob needs body shop advice

so last week i experienced one of the worst days of my life, i messed up the rear driver side of my '05 pt. . to keep things short, i backed into someone i didnt see, so im looking for a shop that isnt going to screw me over in the sacramento area so i can get the frame fixed.

i figure the repair will be over $600 so, i found 3 places through google reviews that i'm considering but im looking for a realistic idea on how much it would cost on the fix:

• G & R Auto Body & Paint Shop‎ - Stockton Blvd
• Schauffele's Body & Paint - Wayside Ln
• Cooks Collision Inc - Florin Rd

has anyone here gone to these places for any vehicle or can suggest a place that isnt too far out that wont pull a fast one on me and wont take more than 2 weeks to fix it. i cant put the repair off because some of the paint chipped off and i dont want the metal to rust.
