California Smog Test 2006 Car does not Communicate with the Testing Appratus
Hi. Just got a 2006 PT Cruiser. Went for the Smog Test. Did not know that Seller has to provide it. Just moved to CA.
The testing station is not able to conduct the Smog Test as the car is not communicating with the testing equipment. Any Suggestions on this. Last edited by dc1152; 24 Oct 2010 at 02:36 pm.
