California Speedway September 18th

Meet up at the AM/PM by 12:00pm on the NW corner of Cherry and Valley

California Speedway info:

WHO: Street legal drag racers, spectators and media

WHAT: NHRA Street Legal Drag Racing Dragway.

WHEN: Saturday, September 18th (Next meet is in November)

WHERE: California Speedway, 9300 Cherry Avenue, Fontana
The quarter-mile California Dragway is located in Parking Lot 1 behind the speedway's main grandstands.

TIME: Tickets go on sale and Tech Inspection begins at 2 p.m. For early arrivals, a holding area in Parking Lot 2 will open at Noon with admission sales starting at 2 p.m. Racing is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. All activities will conclude at 11 p.m.

COST: For participants and fans, the price is $10 per person to enter the speedway and $10 for race participants to purchase a Tech Card ($20 total for racers).

You must wear long pants and at least a T-Shirt (no tank tops)



Other than that, we've been having a blast every month at the track. Lots of good BS sessions with the guys, get to meet other groups (Viper club, Hemi Ram Pickup club, SRT-4 guys) and play with our cars! It's a great time so don't miss it![8]

Don't forget sunscreen, 100 Oct fuel, drinking water, slicks, snacks, leave out rear seats and spare, turn air and traction control off, air compressor for filling tiers(?), camera, CASH! Have a good time mates, I'm missing it again. Blow them away for me!! [8)]
