Went to have my wheels rotated and balanced today. I was also having steering wheel vibrations between 60 and 70 mph. Told them about the retaining clips, sure enough they were there. They removed them no more vibrations. Thank you gentlemen !! Love this Form

I found out what was my problem. The shop in Florida where i bought the car charged me the money but did not balance the tires and did not do wheel alignment. Interesting they charged me to do front and rear alignment, but I heard that on PTs there is no rear alignment. Anyway, I balanced the tires here in Atlanta and it is back to normal. Thank for all your help...

Glad to hear you got it fixed. Make sure you don't do business with the first shop and DO use the second.
By the way, for future information, the PT and most other FWD cars don't have alignment (Caster, Camber & Toe) like you may be used to. While all can be measured (along with SAI {a next-level thing}), only the toe is adjustable. If any of the others are off, it's usually due to damage or wear (or modification=lowering). The front and rear should be checked if tire wear, other problems or damage is suspected. The rear alignment can be adjusted using shims between the axle and the spindle. This is not normal, but can be done. The front caster and camber can be changed too, but usually this is beyond what is needed for a stock, undamaged car.
