Goodyear Comfor Tred

Has anybody purchased these tire for there PT? If so how do you like them.....

Neighbor has them on her Honda Accord. She says they are very quiet and smooth riding, but handles well (esp in the wet). She drives on the crazy side, but I didn't see much wear in the tread after (she says) 20k miles. If true, it looks like the tire will go the 80k miles Goodyear says it will. She says she like the Goodyear Assurance Comfort Tred's better than the ContiSportContact (sp?) that were on there before.

Guy down the street just bought the Goodyear TripleTred. He likes those so far. A bit more road noise (probably from the directional tread pattern). He says he had to up the air pressure to 38 psi to get his gas mileage back to what it was before. Dunno why that happened...maybe the tire diameter is a bit different, throwing off the speedo.

What a difference in the ride........

And they are great in the winter and
rain also.....

so far so good and it's been a year....
