I have a 2006 PT Cruiser Standard. A week ago I began to notice a grinding, rubbery sound when I made a left hand turn. The noise has been present with each left hand turn I make. It seems to be coming from the front end of the cruiser. I do not hear any noise when I make a right hand turn or travel straight. The noise does not show up when I am parked and turn the wheel to the left or right. I only hear it when I am moving and make the left hand turn. I have checked the tire pressure, tried to examine the joints, and can not see anything obvious. I only have 8100 miles on the car and wonder if it could be something serious with so few miles. Thanks for your time.
