howling noise
Need some help, I have a 2002 Pt with 120,000 miles. Just a week ago a howling noise started in the front and don't know what it could be ??

Welcome to the forum.
Kind of hard to diagnose a problem with such a vague description and not knowing the maintenance of the car but the most likely cause is a screeching fan belt. Was the timing belt replaced? Was other maintenance performed, like changing the water pump and belt tensioner and accessory belt?

brought to my mechanic and it was the left front wheel bearing.
