The pads on all PTs are the same, just thicker rotors/calipers.
I think you could save a bunch of $ by buying good rotors (like the top-line NAPA rotors) and ceramic brakes (like Raybestos).

He has the 17" GT wheels already, and the RT66 model was supposed to have the upgraded GT suspension and brakes.
The rear pads on the PTGT have thinner backing plates, and thinner pad material to make room for a thicker rotor, but the same width caliper as standard disk brakes, I went through that when I upgraded my rotors and pads, if you use the thinner GT pads on a standard disc brake system with the thinner rotors the pistons will come out to far of the caliper, that is why I posted the shop manual clips to show him the size differences in the brake pads and hard parts.
