Im new so easy easy on me pls
![]() Would like to know the lowest size profiles possible that can me put onto an oem pt cruiser alloy? are there and complications with this! pros and cons! Thanks in advance |

I don't know what size is the smallest that would work, but I do know that it would make your speedometer wrong.

Just remember the bigger the rim, the smaller the tire sidewall, the more you will feel every little bump and potholes could destroy/damage your rim and tire. Really depends what kind of ride you want and the condition of the roads you drive on.

The lower the second number, aspect ratio - means less sidewall, harsher ride more danger to the rims, but better (firmer) handling. Then, there's different tire compounds - grip at expense of wear, etc. I got Michelin Hydroedge tires as replacements on my 16" wheels and love them. Much better handling in the dry, and extremely better in rain/snow and they have already outlasted the original "good-for-a-Years" and show little wear. Hope that helps.
