What are the biggest size wheels I can use

I have a 2001 Limited 2.4L non-turbo, automatic. What is the largest size rims I can put underneath it. Someone told me you can use 18's on the front and 20's on the back. Is this correct? And does this change trhe ride much?

Yes U can, and it changes the ride tho, U are just gonna feel every crack and crevice in the street. Im tryin to see if 22"s will fit in the rear next, it should but that would be a very tight fit.
