Default need expert wheel/tire advice

I see on ebay under page 4 of PT cruiser chrome search....a tire wheel combo for 659 for Champiro tires and 18" chrome DsK? wheels + shippin of 475 to Canada where I live? Is this a good deal or are these tires and wheels crap? Will there be other charges I will have to pay? I know nothing about tires and wheels ...are these crap? Help

had champiro tyres on mine for 2 years now , they are on the car from april till november and they have held up good, they perform good in the wet or dry so even though they are budget tyres i would buy them again...

The problem with the extremely cheap wheels that come with the entry level wheel packages is not that the tires are bad when they work, it's more that the quality control is such that there's a high chance you can develop a bubble, rip a belt, or blow out a tire at speed. I personally wouldn't try a brand like that unless it was from a local store that I could exchage them at under warranty. It's not worth it to do a warranty swap through the mail IMO.

my wheels are 17x7 american racing chrome aeros which believe me are NOT cheap here in the UK, as for the tyres i can only speak as i find and as i said they perform good and also look good with a directional tread, i did buy them from a local dealer so if there was any probs. i could go see them in person...regards chris...
