perfect tires for 18x7.5 42 offset???

HI!!! i need help newbie and dont know what is the best tire set for mmy new rims 18x 7.5 with a 42 offset, i did a research and found answers but not clear enough on what to get without having problems. Can i use 225/40/18? or 245/40/18?? please advise thank you all.

Same specs as my 18" rims.... Use 225/40/18 Thats wide enough for them...

Thank you so much thats all i needed to know im going for those tires, i was kinda confused cause my friend was telling me 245/40/18 were ok on the pT i wasnt sure. thanks again
