Most major wheel/tire websites will allow you to do this. Discounttiredirect.com and tirerack.com are the biggest ones. I bought from Discount Tire just because a couple of thier brands of wheels looked more appropriate with the looks of the PT Cruiser. You'll probably have the best luck with 17" wheels as they have the most styles available in that size. It's also still a factory size as the Turbo Cruiser comes stock with 17's .... so it's still a very comfortable ride on 17's.
