I like that idea also. I am toying w/the idea of top halfing my Rt. 66 w/ Cadillac pearl white ta get that old school street rod look. I want ta leave the bottom half from the belt line down the original yellow, and paint the hood and roof from the beltline up the pearl white. I just can't decide if I wanna go the extra mile and have the door jams halfed also, or leave them all yellow? Any suggestions on the scheme, what colors of pinstripe ta put between the two colors and on the door jam dillema?

The design of the wheel doesnt look good and wouldnt look right on a PT. Im not against big wheels tho... The bigger the better. A 20" rim fills up the wheel well pretty good...and 18s do too especially in the front....IMO
And bigger wheels are coming on more and more new cars n Trucks from the factory most likely as an option...The rim size 20" is not even "BIG" any more... So its not so much of a "Pimp" thing, but its more of the fact of how good the car looks with those larger wheels rather than smaller ones... Last edited by StoneWhitePT2 : 16 Jun 2008 at 05:27 pm. |
