Brake pedal pulsing

My pedal is pulsing when i apply the brakes, with it getting worse at higher speeds. I know this is due to one of several things: tie rod ends, warped rotor, lugs not being tight. So i wanted to know if i can adjust the rod ends without any special tools. I have the basic mechanics Craftsman set at home.
For all the experts out there, when i get under there tomorrow what should i look for? I think it might be coming from the right front but i'm gonna check the left front right after.

Warped rotors. Been there, done that. Do not replace your rotors with the cheap stock ones. Go aftermarket.
