Default Freedom Design strut tower brace - Warranty?

Hey fellas,

I don't know what happened, but my strut tower brace seems like it was bent slightly. Do you know if Freedom Design has any warranty on the product? I bought it from raceandstreet.

Its not severely bent, but it upsets me that its got a little bend in it at all.

David ??
You bought it from the best place because Maggie at Race & Street has customer service. Give her a call and explain that you didn't bend it (hopefully you didn't) and would like to exchange it for a new one.

Who is david

Explain to her that i DIDNT bend it?! I think i did though, somehow.

Whats the best explanation to give her? I don't want her to loose out on money, the company should reimburse her if anything.

Sorry about the name, Don't know where I got it from

Now, if you bent the strut bar, then I guess you have to take responsibility for it. I don't think any kind of warranty covers self made mistakes unless you just don't say anything about how it got bent when you return it. How about taking it off and putting one end in a vise and trying to straighten it out?
If you bent it, it should be able to bend back to the way it was.
