Tire size for staggered 20" Rear 18" Front ????

For those who are running this set up, what size tires are you running? 235/40/18 Front , 245/35/20 Rear???? I'm looking to do the same thing to my 04 GT Turbo. Just trying to find out size tires to run. If anyone has any pics they could post that would be great!!!

you had to use spacers/adapters from 5"x100 to 5"x4.5 to fit those rims, right??
I have a '04 pt GT and I want to make exactly the same mod. Can you give me some info please??

You can get 235's up front but you have to drop to a 17inch to do it. I run a 235-45-17 tire up front and trust me there isn't an inch of extra room to clear the strut tower. No way on a lowered PT will you get an 18inch wheel in there at a 235/40/18.

Just some advice from someone who has done the wide tire look..

It does look cool though

And with a GT you have to be careful of your stagger and keep it small since the ABS/TC does freak out if the difference is too much. When the wheels turn at different rates the computers freak out.

No i didnt have to use spacers or adapters. Just hub centric rings on the front rims...
