Default skinny front and fat back tyres

okay so the other day i e-braked my pt and spun it around in the road(dumb idea but it looked awesome =P) but now i have 2 flat spotted back tyres...they are goodyear eagle ls's(just like the og's) and dont have but maybe 14,000 miles on them...can i use a bigger back tyre(ill still have og 16" wheels and og stance) or will this just look stupid
p.s. any recommended tyre size will be greatly appreciated!!

I'm STILL LMAO about the original FWD Olds Toronado some idiot put little skinny tires on the front and BIG wide tires on the back,,Then he had to jack the rear suspension for the back tires to clear the fenders. To add to this comical spectacle he painted the boat trailer axle PINK...This was about 1967 and when I get together with my buddies from that time someone still brings that up... It too was a FWD car.. STILL LMAO

What you can do is go to a REAL TIRE SHOP and have your tires turned/shaved back to round. Common practice on race car tires when a street tire is required for that class. I have this done on all my new tires, race and street ,this really improves the ride too...

As much trouble people are having with the PTC bearings and suspension components it would be STUPID to go any larger than stock on the tires and wheels as they add to the load on these components---FLAME SUIT ON---NOW lets hear about your 100K miles with 20" wheels and 2 ft wide tires and no problems --Oh Yea --40+ MPG too----
