Question Questions about Rotors

So I'm planning on buying new rotors soon. The ones on Petey are pretty worn out.
Just wondering, any good brands that anyone recommends and the price rage of course.
Also I was wondering is it possible to put disc brakes on the rear axle of my PT? And if so how hard would that be?

Alex,

A search on the forums will give you plenty of answers. Here's an older thread on rear disk conversion ....

Rear drum to disc conversion. Can this be done?

I've been pleased with NAPA rotors - they have 2 prices - I got the best -
And also got Brembo (I think) from TireRack.

I was thinking about maybe these?
CHRYSLER PT CRUISER 06 07 08 FRONT CROSSDRILLED ROTORS
They are probably a ripoff or something. they just look good and I've heard slotted and drilled rotors last longer and cool faster or something.
What do you think? are they worth it?

Unless you do a lot of heavy braking, I would stick with stock ones from a reputable company (Raybestos or Wagner). Check with Rock Auto and see how their prices compare to local auto parts stores.
