Default Why do my brakes squeek first thing in the morning?

Hey people,I just bought an 03 touring edition.Love it so far.After she sits for a while the brakes squeek for the first few stops then it stops till it sits for a while again.Brakes are new,why does this happen?Any way to stop it?Thanks.

You park outside, right? The squeaks are due to surface rust on the rotors. After you hit brakes a couple times, rust is scraped off, no more noise.

You haven't filled in your Profile, but I bet you are in a humid area. The humidity causes rust, which then makes the brakes "Squeek"!!!!

If you have back drums they make even more noise
