update on last thread about rack and pinion and tie rod ends
ok so i went to the auto shop and he took the tires off and went to change out the tie rod ends on my car... Now has anyone ever heard of the tie rod ends and the rack and pinion being one solid piece (meaning the tie rod ends DO NOT screw out). well apparently that is whats on my car???? Guy said he had never seen it and he has been in business for many many years.. so my quote went from $240 to $450 ..including labor... SO tell me had anyone else ever heard of this being one piece????
