Default 245/50-55/16's fit?

They are 245/50 or 55/16's.. will they fit w/out trouble? I need tires and these are expensive ones I have lying around.

For starters, 245s can fit the rear, but not the fronts. Secondly, 245/50-55 end up with a taller sidewall which alters the speedometer/odometer.

Information using a wheel/tire size calculator:

245/50s
When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 61.6mph (99.2km/h): 2.7% faster.

245/55s
When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 63.9mph (102.9km/h): 6.5% faster.

Basically yes, it will rub. I believe someone on here had 235s and it rubs when the steering wheel is turned all the way.

The stock tire size for 16s are 205/55 16s. But playing with the wheel/tire calculator, 215/55 will only alter it 1.2% taller. 225/50 may also work as it only alters it 0.5% shorter sidewall.

Not 100% sure about the recalibration but I think I heard that you could.
