I've already PMed Crewzin and Candyman, but wasn't sure if anyone else could give me a hand with this--
My Goldline 2.75/3.25 springs came today, Tokico blues tomorrow, and Saturday, I'm dropping my PT. Doing it all myself. Now, it's come to my attention that I'm also going to have to pick up a pair of these camber bolts that I've located at NAPA and also at Advance Auto Parts.. My questions are as follows:
1) I've done a tiny bit of research about the difficulties of getting a proper alignment after lowering and have discovered that a 2.75" drop should result in approximately a 2.25 decrease in camber. The camber bolt kits I've located at NAPA correct +/-1.75, whereas the Advance ones are from Moog and correct +/-1.25. Will these suffice even though they may not fully compensate for the drop in camber? Which would be best for my application?
2) For those that have been nice enough to document their strut/shock swaps using pictures, guides, notes, etc., do any of you have any pictures of exactly which bolt this alleged 'camber bolt' replaces in the strut assembly?
Thanks very much in advance for your insight!
