Default Drivers Side Gets Loud

I'm new to the forum, and to the cruiser. My wife and I just purchased an 03 GT with 27k actual miles (literally an old lady drove it back and forth to the grocery). When we get going down the road the drivers side wheel gets pretty loud (I'm thinking a bearing) but I just want to confirm my suspicions. I've read some other posts and this issue sounds similar to those but I just don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill.

Kind of sounds like I have an offroad tire on that side when I drive down the highway.

Any Thoughts?

Welcome to the forum.

Yes, it could be a bad tire or a wheel bearing. Jack up that side of the car. Spin the wheel looking for anything unusual with the tire and listen for any scraping noise. Check the tread for cupping or uneven wear. Grab the top and bottom of the tire and pull/push on the wheel, do the same by gabbing both sides of the tire and push/pull seeing if there's any play in the wheel.

And also swap the front driver tire with rear.
