Default Help!!!!!

I'm doing the drivers side wheel bearing on my cruiser.....I did that passenger side last year with no problems. I had the the bearing pressed out and a new one pressed in. I'm putting the thing back together and it seems I can't get the steering knucle back on far enough to get it on the ball joint. I need about 3/4" has me baffled all to hell. Has anyone encountered this problem? CV joint maybe? It all looks goo to me but just won't go.

Default Re: Help!!!!!

I had a similar encounter with my old saturn when we did the tranny. we had to jack it up with a bottle jack and it went right back into place.
