Thanks for the info everyone. But now I have another (stupid) question. The bumpstops for the front, are those the ones on the strut shaft that the Chilton manual refers to or are they located somewhere on the front frame???.....Oops, here's another stupid question, when trimming the rear bumpstop (which are shaped like the michelin man, right???) do you trim off the bottom or try removing them off the frame and trimming the top???.....Thanks again for the help, Erwin.
No questions is a stupid one. You are just concerded with your ride and don't want to mess things up. I do the same thing, do lots or research and see if it work before spending the money on it.

Ptchix,
Too bad that we dont live next door to each other we would create some bad ass pt's.. I am interested in seeing some pics of when your done with the tub job to tuck those 20's.. I am running air as well with 19's.. People have said that my Pt is one of the lowest that they've seen.. I am going to go with a 19/20 combo but would have to do some tubbing in order to keep my stance with the larger diameter wheel in the rear.. I can't agree with you more about the body kits.ltoo junky for me.. front fascia and roll pans are a cool mod though but NO SIDE SKIRTS... I'm not sure how to add pics to my reply but you can see what I've done at Ptcruiserworld.. Kevspt in my gallery name..
Or you can email me direct with some pics as you get them.. Kevinl1058@aol.com

No stupid questions...just stupid people who ask questions. [B)]

(I am not implying that was the case here, BTW, I am learning from this thread, too.)

Roger, KingKole02, better to be certain BEFORE tinkering rather than afterwards.
(Leave the recklessness to the drivin', not to the wrenchin', hehayaha)
